This post should come in earlier, but yup i am become lazier...
So back in May (MY BIRTHDAY MONTH), i went on a European trip.
[ Singapore > Liverpool > Manchester > Oxford > London > Paris >
Brussels > Amsterdam > Dublin > Edinburgh > London > Singapore ]
Of course day before my flight to Europe, i was in Hongkong.
Hahahah! For Pakho's concert. I honestly cant wait for him to come to Singapore lorh.
Okay, back to the topic.
This was what caught my eye when i was at the Museum of Liverpool.
Such pretty views, i had to take a shot like that!
I think this is the Liverpool City Council, i cant remember honestly.
Been too long since the trip.
And yup, have been travelling too much lately, im rather worn off.
Travelling for work or holiday, my job seems so interesting to be able to fly around almost every month, but that's the good side that you see. There's still the bad and black side that we dont say.
So dont say im having a good life, getting to fly every now and then.
It can be tiring to fly there, do a show, and then fly back without having a good rest.
The Mersey Ferry Terminal, i think.
Ohh, and i went to Anfield for a Stadium Tour!
But i know nuts about football. LOL.
And to be honest, i forgot what was shared during the tour.
Then onward to Manchester for a day, i dont really like Manchester though.
It's kinda getting pointless to write about the trip to Europe, because i've really forgotten what i've encountered there or whatsoever.
I shall let just the pictures do the saying!
Ohh, this is at the top of the Oxford Castle.
I would recommend a trip there if you're heading to Oxford.
Im kinda like Oxford though, heheheh.
Back to London, and they have this statue of Paddington there.
So cute~
This is their tube, which is like our MRT.
Hmm, dirty, cramped, tiny, that's all i can say.
Ohh, and a trip to Stonehenge!
One of the 7 wonders in the World...
Weather was so good that every picture i took looks so fake. Hahahah.
Key facts about the Stonehenge: -
#1 - Stonehenge is a prehistoric temple. The Stones are aligned with the movements of the Sun.
#2 - Stonehenge is a masterpiece of engineering built by sophisticated people.
#3 - Stonehenge is part of a complex prehistoric landscape.
But, no one knows what was it used for...
And then onward to Paris...
Again, Paris isnt as wonderful as i thought it was...
The Eiffel Tower was so magnificent, it's worth a visit.
But the queue to go up was crazy, so we just totally skipped it.
Just snapped some shots, and we left.
The Arc de Triomphe.
No idea what this is. Hahahha.
And then onward to Amsterdam.
That's Calvin btw, Huisi's colleague from SAP.
Lotsa pretty views in Amsterdam!!!
Onward to Dublin...
There's pretty much nothing to do in Dublin. :(
And the weather there is just so unpredictable...
We had to keep getting in and out of shopping malls or cafes just to hide from the rain.
I havent got the chance to take a selfie with the deers in Nara,
so i'll just take one with the Dublin deers.
The view at Edinburgh Castle.
Big Ben.
Tower Bridge.
This pretty much sums up my trip to Europe...
But to be honest, I dont really like the vibe of European countries.
Maybe because i have yet to travel to Venice, Prague or where else.
But Europe to me is just ... I will not step foot in that country again.
Idk. LOL.
I think im still a Taiwan, Hongkong, China, Asia person.
More to HONGKONG, to be honest! Heheh.
It might just be how i was brought up and such.
But yup, if you dont know, i am actually a fan of China's history, but i dont like the people there
LOL~
And yes, you need to travel out to experience the world to know what you really like.
And stop delaying travel plans!!!
I regretted not going to 九寨溝, it's literally GONE~
Much sighs!
The next trip to China, im gonna hike the Great Wall of China!!
And to see 兵馬俑, the Terracotta Army!
Yes, you only live once, so just travel out to explore the world and gain life experiences!
Nobody knows when the next goodbye is, so just live life to the fullest while you can.
Samantha!
