Lose Weight and Diet.

I know i have been on this topic for damn long, and i've only started really doing them since last August. I ended my Personal Training with Bodik recently, and i find it super hard to work out on my own, i am becoming lazier and lazier as time pass. I signed up for Anytime Fitness in June, but i've only been there 3 times, for the month of June. What on Earth, right? Waste money! So much for the motivation i got from On仔's 煉獄健身室... I need to go back on super strict diet and daily exercises from today onwards. And since my July's schedule's damn empty, i shall take the time to get things back on track!!! I can do it!!! No more shoppings until you reach your target, 70kg!!!
