May was AWESOME.

Yes, May was awesome for it's my birthday month. I didnt take up any shows in the month of May because i am starting full time in June. So i took a long holiday in May. Was on hiatus on Facebook/Twitter and Instagram, although i still clicked on the app and check for updates by my friends but it's for a few minutes. I actually controlled myself to not post/update anything on those platforms! Am proud of myself. Heh! The Shanghai Burberry show was my last show as a freelancer. Now that i am back from my holiday, i have to be firm with my decision and not resign again after 3 months. I do not want to disappoint anyone, and i have so many more things to learn in this industry! Okay, things aside, im gonna start to recall what have i done in the month of May! A VERY LONG POST ALERT IS ACTIVATED. So, read at your own risk.

Paw-Petradise Cafe.

Visited the Paw-Petradise Cafe on the 1st of May with Pig, Kendes, Wenfeng and Kopii. Heh. I think im in love with Kopii. Hahahah! I couldnt recognise Kopii at the first glance because she had her leash with her. She dont always have her leash on when she comes home though! I shall just let the photos do the saying! Feeding of Kopii and the very cute Coco. Ohh, and Valentine! Hahahah. Ahzhu and i labelled her as the Asian dog, cause she has small eyes!!!

Hongkong.

Yes, i went to hongkong again from 7-12th of May. Was supposed to only be in hongkong from 7-11th May, but i extended my stay by a day to go back with Asthina since i had nth to do in Spore. We stayed in 城景國際, The Cityview this time round.

My accomodation for this trip cost SGD 380 each. It was a pleasant stay at The Cityview though. The hotel staff were nice and service was good. It is located at 23 Waterloo Road, Kowloon, Hongkong. Nearest mtr station is Yau Ma Tei, exit A2. Not bad a stay though. This trip was with Asthina, it's just that i arrived one day earlier than her but return to Spore on the same day. Discovered a new place to shop in hongkong, hah! 葵涌廣場. It's located in 葵芳. Take the metro and follow the signboards for directions! The shopping area is so huge you wont miss it. Heh! I've mentioned above that i went to hongkong one day earlier before Asthina, and i totally loved the time spent alone! Visited Citygate, 旺角中心, Langham Place, on the first day of my trip. And i went back to the hotel quite early though. Meh. Didnt know what to get for dinner, so i went to a shop near the hotel and got this!

The weather wasnt that pleasant when we were there though, the amber/red and black rain alert was activated during our stay. Okay, black rain alert was only activated once. But it was scary enough!! Watched my first basketball match in hk on the first day when Asthina arrive, she wanted to see Alex Fong, that's why we were there! 

So much for "im really going to hongkong for leisure this time round" LOL. Not much photo was taken though. Lotsa of shoppings, dimsums, ice creams, movies, 砵仔糕s and walking!!! These ice creams are damn good! And they cost hkd 13 for 4 scoops!!! 

And then i found another one at 葵涌廣場, which cost hkd 12 for 5 scoops! I always give in to temptations from desserts, so i had like 11 scoops of ice cream within that 6 days in hongkong! Hahahah! Fat die! I bought a total of 5 cardigans, 4 bags, 12 tops, 2 dresses, 5 pants, 2 leggings, 6 shoes and a pair of slippers! Spent a good $1.6K for the whole trip! WOW!

Hello MINION. 

I went to hongkong with one luggage, and came back with 2! Lol. I bought the American Tourister Prismo in hongkong, which cost me SGD 213. Kill me now! Hah. But i love how retail therapy works! Hahahah. When you shop, you dont think of anything!!!

Ohh, and i realised something abt myself, it just seem that the fangirling phase of my life is coming to an end. LamFung had an event in hongkong when i was there, but i didnt even want to attend. Maybe it's because you actually took over the position of LamFung in my heart, and i think 我愛上你了!

Taiwan.

Always wanted to travel alone since i was 21yo, and am finally doing so after 2 years! Hah. It was a birthday trip as well as a recharging period for myself. And since that im gonna start full timing in June, why not just enjoy in May before hell starts?! Spent a good 15 days in Taiwan. Travelled alone to Kaohsiung, Taichung and Taipei. Randomly walking about and meeting different people on the streets. It was really a good exposure to travel alone to a foreign country. Of course, it's dangerous for a girl to travel alone, idk how to explain it. It's just like there's a certain trust i have with the people i meet? I really dk how to explain myself... I trust the people i meet wholeheartedly, i believe they wont harm or bluff me lorh. That's all i can explain. Hahha. Experiencing the rainy season, experiencing a real eathquake was really good enough to let me live life as it is... Will come up with another post on the 15 days Taiwan adventure because if i continue in this current post, it will be a super super long post. So a separate post would be good. I have lotsa photos to post and so many things to write! Hah. So stay tuned. If anyone is interested.

Thankful.

I am really thankful for everything that happened in life. Especially the 2 years as a freelancer, the chances/opportunities/exposures i got really did help me grow up. Am very thankful for companies/people that are willing to teach and giving me the chance to try out new things! LTM, SCM, Three Phase, ETG, Titans, AscendCom, Octave, UAV, J5, RSTC, ... Really am thankful for all opportunities and chances i got. These are things that i will always remember in life... A sincere thank you to everyone out there who had once helped me in any means. I am starting full time tmr, i'll really miss working with the above mentioned companies...
